1. Chowmein Recipe:
Ingredients:
Spaghettis /Egg Noodles 1 pack
Oil 1/4 cup
Carrots 2 Medium
Caspicum 1 Big
Cabbage 1 small
Spring Onions 4-5
Onion 1 big
Garlic 7-8 cloves
Ginger 2 inches
Yellow Food Color 1/2 tsp
1 tsp white pepper, chili flakes and red chili,
Salt to taste

Boneless chicken 50g or more cut it in to long thin strips mainate with 1 tsp salt and Black pepper, 1/2 tsp Baking Soda,
2tsp Soy Sauce,
2 tsp Corn Flour
.
Chowmein Sauce:
3/4 Cup Soy Sauce,
1 tsp vinegar, Brown Sugar
2 tsp Chili Garlic Ketchup, lemon juice, oyster Sauce
1 chicken Cube or 1 tsp Chicken Powder
mix all sauces in a bowl
Method:
1. Boil water in a large wok. Add spaghettis , yellow Food color, 1 tsp salt and oil.
When cooked, Reserve 1 cup Pasta water then drain
Apply 1tsp oil and set aside.
2. Roughly Crush Ginger and Garlic. Cut all the vegetables.
3. Put a wok on high flame. Add 1/2 cup Dalda Kalonji Canola Oil. Add Marinated Chicken. Fry until cooked and turns golden. Take out and set aside.
4. In the same wok, add some pasta water. Stir fry. Then add Half Chowmein Sauce and Fried Chicken. Stir fry for 20 seconds.
2. Quick Lemon Chili Pasta Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 Packet Pasta /Spaghettis
Boneless Chicken cut into thin slices marinate with salt, pepper, red chili, soya and chili sauce.
1-2 Capsicums, carrots, onions thinly sliced
1 Cup Cabbage thinly sliced
Spring Onions 1/2 tbsp. cup chopped
Ginger Garlic 2 tbsp. roughly ground
Oil 5-6 tbsp.
2 tbsp. each chili sauce, vinegar
5-6 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 Knorr Chicken Cube
Salt to taste
Sugar/ Brown Sugar 1 tsp
Lemon Juice 4-5 tbsp.
Pasta water 1 Cup
1 tsp each chili flakes and Red chili
1/2 tsp white pepper
Method:
1. Boil water and add pasta. You can add a pinch of turmeric/food color to give it a yellow color. Before straining, save 1 cup of Pasta. Wash pasta with cold water and apply 1 tbsp. oil so it doesn't stick.
2. Heat oil in a wok, Fry ginger garlic until fragrant. Add Marinated chicken. Fry until tender. Add onions. Fry for a min. Add all the veggies except capsicums
3. Add all the sauces, Lemon juice and spices. Stir fry for 2 min. Add Caspicum and fry for 30 seconds. Add 1/2 tbsp. pasta water. Mix and bring to boil
4. Add boiled pasta. Add remaining pasta water and mix well Simmer for 2 min on low flame. You may add some more spices/ sauces in this step.
3. Chicken Shakshuka:
Ingredients:
Eggs 2-3
Boiled /Leftover Chicken Shredded 1/2 cup
1/4 tsp each chili flakes, Black pepper, Turmeric, chili
Ketchup 2 tbsp.
Onion 1 small chopped
Tomatoes 2 medium chopped
Green Chillies 1-2 chopped
Oregano 1/4 tbsp.
Salt to taste
Oil 2-3 tbsp.
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan. Fry Onions until garnishing. Add ginger garlic and fry for another min.
2. Now add tomatoes. Cover and cook on low flame until soft. Uncover. Add all the spices. Mix and fry. Mash tomatoes with back of a spoon. Add ketchup and let it cook for a few seconds.
3. Now add chicken. Mix. Cover and let it simmer for 2 min.
4. Uncover and add eggs. Cover and cook on low flame for 1-2 min. Sprinkle some oregano and springs onions on top before serving.
