salads are full of nutrients. it has all fruits in it which means a lot of vitamins, minerals, protein, and fewer Fats. Salads keep us healthy by consuming fewer fats. along with providing rich components, it is also used for dieting. it helps to lose weight. there are many kinds of salads like Russian salad. the best thing about it you can make it with the rest of the fruits that are in your fridge. some people like fruit salad or other like fruit with some veggies in it along with lemon juice. both are Healthy and full of proteins and vitamins.
Russian Salad
Ingredient:
Apple
Cabbage
Grapes
Carrot
Cucumber
Pine apple

Boiled potato

Recipe:
Wash all fruits
Take a bowl
Cut vegetables and fruits into small cube
Add boiled potato cut into small cubes equal to fruits and vegetable
add red beans and boiled green peas
mixed well and add sugar
add cream and mayo
add a pinch of salt and black paper ( as per taste)
Serve to your family and enjoy eating salad

Pasta Salad with Balsamic Vinegar
Ingredient:
Corns
Boiled Pasta
Red capsicum
Carrot
Cucumber
Olive oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Recipe:
Wash all fruits
Take a bowl
Cut the Fruits into small sizes or you can cut them according to you.
Add 1 spoon of olive oil and 1 spoon of Balsamic Vinegar

Chicken Karahi
Ingredients:
2 kg Chicken
1 kg Tomato
1/2 kg Yogurt
Ginger garlic paste
Ginger
Red chili powder
Black paper
Salt
Butter
Oil/Ghee
Coriander
Coriander powder
Turmeric powder
Green chili
Recipe:
Wash chicken well
Take tomatoes, boil them, peel them, and Grand them to make a paste.
Take a Pan, and Add Ghee/Oil to it.
Add Chicken, and cook chicken until it turns Golden Brown
Add Ginger Garlic paste
Cook it well
Add Tomato paste
Cover and cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes until it releases Oil.
Add Turmeric powder, Red chili powder, salt, and black paper.
Add yogurt and leave for 5-7 minutes until it releases oil. Add a small butter (just for taste)
Mix it well. sprinkle Coriander, sliced Green chilies, and sliced Ginger.
Serve with Tandoori naan.
Chicken Tikka Karahi:
Ingredients:
2 kg Chicken
1 kg Tomato
1/2 kg Yogurt
Ginger garlic paste
Ginger
Onion
Red chili powder
Chicken tikka Masala
Salt
Oil/Ghee
Coriander
Coriander powder
Turmeric powder
Green chili
Coal
Recipe:
Wash chicken well
Take a bowl, put the chicken in a bowl, add Tikka masala and yogurt in it, mix it well and Set aside for marinating at least for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, Take Pan in which you are going to fry Marinated Chicken.
After Frying the Chicken, Take another pan and prepare Masala:
For the masala, first Fry Onion until it turns golden brown, Add ginger-garlic paste, and Add Tomato paste. cook well to prepare Masala. Add all Spices Such as Coriander powder, red chili powder, Black paper, Tikka masala, and salt.
After preparing masala;
Add Fried Chicken, add 1/4 small cup of water, and cook on low heat by putting Coal ( in foil) in the pan. After It releases oil, take out Coal and Cook for 2-3 min.
Chicken Tikka Karahi is Ready, Serve with Naan.
Cook the masala well until it releases oil.
Yogurt Chicken:
Ingredients:
2 kg Chicken
1 kg Yogurt
Ginger garlic paste
Red chili powder
Salt
Oil/Ghee
Coriander
Coriander powder
Turmeric powder
Green chili
Recipe:

Take a Pan, and Add Ghee/Oil to it.
Add Chicken, and cook chicken until it turns Golden Brown
Add Ginger Garlic paste
Cook it well
Add Yogurt, Add Turmeric powder, Red chili powder, salt, and black paper.
Cover and cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes until it releases Oil.
Mix it well. sprinkle Coriander, sliced Green chilies, and sliced Ginger.
Serve with naan.
Chicken Jalfrezi:
Ingredients:
2 kg Chicken
4 medium size Tomato
3 medium Onion
Potato
capsicum
1/2 kg Yogurt
Ginger garlic paste
Ginger
Red chili powder
Black paper
Salt
Butter
Oil/Ghee
Coriander
Coriander powder
Turmeric powder
Green chili
Recipe:
Take a pan, Put Oil/ghee
Add sliced onion, and cook, until it turns golden brown.
Add Chicken, and Cook until it turns golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste.
Add Tomato paste, and cook, until it releases oil.
Cut Tomato, onion, and capsicum into small square pieces. Add gradually in Curry.
Set aside
Make Potato fries, boiled Egg (Sliced like finger chips)
Add Potato fries and Boiled Egg to curry
Served with Naan.
