Ingredients:
- milk
- Oreo Biscuit
- Baking Powder
Recipe Step by Step:
Crush The OREO biscuit
Put Oreo crush in the bowl
Add 1 tablespoon of baking powder
Add milk 300ml
Put the bowl in oven for 7 min
Oreo cake is ready
Decorate with chocolate serum and chocolate candy

Ingredients:

- whipping cream
- coffee powder
- vinegar or lemon juice
- salt
- oil
- powdered sugar
- all-purpose Floor
- Cocoa powder
- Yoghurt
Recipe Step by Step:
Take a bowl
Add milk 1/2 cup
Add vinegar or lemon juice to the milk. Mix it well, and keep it aside for 5-10 min to curdle the milk
take another bowl, add coffee powder 1.5 small spoons, and 1.5 tablespoons hot water
Mix it properly and then keep it aside.
take a heavy bottom pan & add salt, place a stand inside
cover and let it heat on medium for 10 flames for 10 min
let's prepare the mold.
The mold should be 6 inches. Grease it with oil properly. Place a butter paper and grease it
instead of butter paper, you can also dust your mold with plain maida
mold is ready keep it aside
let's prepare the cake batter
oil 1/3cup
fresh curd or yogurt 1/3 cup
powdered sugar 1/2cup+2tbsp
mix everything for 30 to 40 seconds to make it creamy and airy
after mixing it properly, place a sieve in the bowl
all-purpose flour/maida 1 cup, cocoa powder1/4 cup, baking powder 1tsp and add a pinch of salt
sift the dry ingredients to remove any lumps. Mix the dry ingredients very gently (cut and fold) with a spatula. do not over-mix or vigorously mix the batter. Add prepared coffee
coffee is optional, you can skip it.
Milk that has been kept aside curdles because of vinegar
Add this curdled milk gradually and mix gently it in the batter for perfect consistency
shift the prepared batter into the mold
and tap the mold to remove any large air pockets. Now mold is ready
Pan is hot carefully place the mold. cover and cook on a low medium flame for 35-40 mins or till the toothpick comes out clean, timings may vary, do check if you're after 30 mins or after 40 mins.
Insert the toothpick in the center and check its clean or not
it is clear, the cake is ready. if your toothpick comes out still wet, cook it a little longer
let it cool down completely
In the meantime, let's prepare the cream
cream 1 cup (200 ml)
I have used non-dairy whipping cream
powdered sugar 1/4 cup (because this cream has already sugar, so I have added less quantity of sugar
cocoa powder 1/3 cup
whip the cream
firstly slightly mix the dry ingredients in the cream to prevent any mess
whip it till peaks then the cream is ready. place the cream in the fridge till you are not using it.
let's prepare sugar syrup
Add 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
then add Normal water
mix it well till the sugar dissolve completely
sugar syrup is ready
Let's go to cake again
cake has cooled down
De-mold it
Separate the side with a knife
and put the cake out of the pan.
soft spongy cake it ready.
You can enjoy this Browne tea and coffee
Prepare the layers of cake:
cut the cake in slices into three layers
Firstly remove the uneven upper part with a serrated knife
Let's assemble the cake
Apply cream then place the cake layer and repeat the process
Decorate according to choice
