Healthy Smoothies Recipes for weight loss:

 

Cucumber Apple Mint Smoothie:

Ingredients: 
For 2 servings.

1 large cucumber peeled and sliced.

1/4 cup mint leaf

1 green apple, diced

1 tablespoon honey

1/2 avocado, diced

1 1/2 cup ice.

Preparations:

  1. Place the cucumber, mint, green apple, honey and avocado in the blender and blend until just combined.
  2. Add in the ice and blend until the mixture is smooth.
  3. serve immediately, and enjoy.

Blueberry Banana Spinach Smoothie:

Ingredients:
For 2 servings.

1 cup blueberry

1 cup baby spinach

1 banana, chopped

1 1/2 cup ice.

Preparations:

  1. Place the banana, spinach and blueberry in the blender and blend until just combined.
  2. Add in the ice and blend until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Serve immediately, and enjoy.

Strawberry Ginger Beet Smoothie:

Ingredients:

For 2 servings

1 cup strawberries, chopped

1 1/2 cup lettuce

1/2 red beet, peeled, diced

1 piece ginger, 1-inch, peeled

1 1/2 cup ice.

Preparations:

  1. Place the strawberries, lettuce, beet and ginger in the blender and blend until just combined.
  2. Add in the ice and blend until the mixture is smooth.
  3. serve immediately, and enjoy.

Orange Carrot Mango Smoothie:

Ingredients:

For 2 servings

1/2 cup orange juice

1 orange, peeled, sliced

1 mango, peeled, sliced

3 large carrots, peeled, shredded

1 1/2 cup ice.

Preparations:

  1. Place the orange juice, orange, mango and carrots in the blender and blend the ingredients until just combined.
  2. Add the ice to the mixture until it is smooth.
  3. serve immediately, and enjoy.

For smoothies you can use any fruit in hand. For seasonal fruit, you can freeze the fruits and make a pack of your favorite smoothies. And when you ready to have one, just add milk, water, Greek yogurt, or juice.
