Healthy Smoothies Recipes for weight loss:
Cucumber Apple Mint Smoothie:
Ingredients:
1 large cucumber peeled and sliced.
1/4 cup mint leaf
1 green apple, diced
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 avocado, diced
1 1/2 cup ice.
Preparations:
- Place the cucumber, mint, green apple, honey and avocado in the blender and blend until just combined.
- Add in the ice and blend until the mixture is smooth.
- serve immediately, and enjoy.
Blueberry Banana Spinach Smoothie:
Ingredients:For 2 servings.
1 cup blueberry
1 cup baby spinach
1 banana, chopped
1 1/2 cup ice.
Preparations:
- Place the banana, spinach and blueberry in the blender and blend until just combined.
- Add in the ice and blend until the mixture is smooth.
- Serve immediately, and enjoy.
Strawberry Ginger Beet Smoothie:
Ingredients:
For 2 servings1 cup strawberries, chopped
1 1/2 cup lettuce
1/2 red beet, peeled, diced
1 piece ginger, 1-inch, peeled
1 1/2 cup ice.
Preparations:
- Place the strawberries, lettuce, beet and ginger in the blender and blend until just combined.
- Add in the ice and blend until the mixture is smooth.
- serve immediately, and enjoy.
Orange Carrot Mango Smoothie:
Ingredients:
For 2 servings
1/2 cup orange juice
1 orange, peeled, sliced
1 mango, peeled, sliced
3 large carrots, peeled, shredded
1 1/2 cup ice.
Preparations:
- Place the orange juice, orange, mango and carrots in the blender and blend the ingredients until just combined.
- Add the ice to the mixture until it is smooth.
- serve immediately, and enjoy.
For smoothies you can use any fruit in hand. For seasonal fruit, you can freeze the fruits and make a pack of your favorite smoothies. And when you ready to have one, just add milk, water, Greek yogurt, or juice.
